✅ WHAT TO BRING

🍽 FOOD & WATER
• We’ve got amazing food vendors this year—but please bring enough food to feed yourself throughout the weekend too.
• Free drinking water is available at our two designated water refill stations. Bring a reusable water bottle or hydration pack to stay hydrated all weekend. 💧

💵 CASH IS KING
Most vendors use Square, but cell service is spotty. Bring cash just in case—for:
• Artisan Vendors
• Artist Merch
• Food & Ice

📱 CELL SERVICE
There is NO reliable reception on-site. Best signal is near the Front Gate only.

🚗 PARKING PASS REQUIRED
Every vehicle needs one.
🎟 Buy in advance to save ($50 cash at the gate)
💚 Be a legend—carpool!

🪪 TICKET & ID
• Bring photo ID to verify your ticket
• Have your QR code ready—either printed or saved on your phone

🌞 SUN & BUG PROTECTION
• Sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses
• Bug spray

⛺ CAMPING GEAR
• Bring your own tent and camping supplies
• Campsites are first come, first served—arrive early for the best spots!

🚫 NO GLASS
No glass containers of any kind. Vehicles will be searched. Glass will be confiscated.

🗑 LEAVE NO TRACE

• Bring your own garbage bags.
• Pack it in, pack it out. Everything you bring to the festival leaves with you. We follow a MOOP (Matter Out Of Place) protocol inspired by Burning Man. 🌿
• Help keep our beautiful natural surroundings pristine by using the waste stations located throughout the festival grounds for garbage, recycling, compost, and batteries.
• Our Green Team will walk you through our waste protocol when you arrive.
• 📸 Snap a photo of yourself taking your garbage home after the festival and submit it for a chance to win a free Weekend Pass to Sonic Springs 2027! ♻️✨

THURSDAY EARLY ACCESS
Thursday is now included in the Weekend Pass!
Come set up your camp early and join in on our Thursday Pre-Party Programming 🎉

👨‍👩‍👧 BRING YOUR FAM

• Youth 18 & under get discounted passes
• Kids 12 & under get in FREE
• All minors must be with a parent or legal guardian at all times

🌦 WEATHER + SITE CONDITIONS

🌧 RAIN OR SHINE
• Come prepared—nights can be cool and damp
• Bring layers and waterproof gear

🚻 WASHROOMS
• Porta-potties, hand washing stations and toilet paper are provided

🚿 NO SHOWERS
• But the river is refreshing!
• Please—no soap in the river (not even biodegradable soap)

🛟 SAFETY & GUIDELINES

❌ NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
This is a family-friendly event.
• Look after each other
• Drink water
• Don’t be a weirdo 🙃

🛡 SAFETY & SECURITY
• Security & medical support are on-site
• Flag someone with a walkie-talkie if help is needed
• Visit our 24/7 Medical Tent or Harm Reduction area if you're unwell or just need support
• Don’t be a stranger—we’re here for you

🌊 SWIMMING RULES
• Swim at your own risk—no lifeguards
• NO swimming at night—strong currents, zero visibility
🚫 Anyone caught swimming at night will be ejected from the festival grounds immediately

🛑 NO VIOLENCE OR WEAPONS
Aggressive or unsafe behavior = immediate from the ejection from the festival grounds
• If you see something, say something
• We're all here to support a safe and beautiful community

🚫 OTHER RULES

• NO pets
• NO fires (unless in designated fire pit ring areas)
• NO fireworks
• NO personal sound systems
• NO bad vibes (obviously)
